I wanted to send a general Mother's Day greeting to my wonderful mother-in-law and my wonderful sister-in-laws. Happy, happy mother's day!! I love you all soooo much!! You are all wonderful examples to me in so many different ways and I thank you for the influence you've had on my life and will continue to have. Thinking of you all and missing you too!! Love Gina

Happy Mothers Day! It was a good day for me. I didn't have to speak but Shelby did. What a treat. She made me feel so loved. All the girls were wonderful. I am in awe every day at my mom and what she did for all of us. I think to myself everyday....I want to be like my mom!.

On a worse note. My good friend was on a road trip yesturday and fell asleep at the wheel. She had her two youngest kids on a bed in the back. She lost both of them. It is so tragic and the worst case senerio for a mother. I am sure she will beat herself up forever. Please don't drive when you are sleepy and please put your kids in there seat belts...EVEN if they want to sleep. It is not worth it...ever!

Love
Amy

Lots of love, that's for sure. No small measure, for any of you. I was watching this TV show (online) last night and watched an episode where a woman gave birth to twin pre-mees (sp?). One of them had complications and died. Much of the show was focused on the mothering and fathering during hospital times. Made me think of the loads of visits I made when many of you were having kids and how precious it was to see that tangible love. So, so beautiful. Love all you ladies, dearly and sincerely. I hope you had fabulous remembrances. xoxo

I am late in reading this, but want to add my love and gratitude to each of you wonderful mothers in our family! Gina, I am so glad to see you on the blog! Hooray! Thanks to each of you for the wonderful mothering you are doing with our dear grandchildren! How blessed we are! We spent Mother's Day with Joni and Angie at the Outer Banks. Didn't have our traditional feast, but devoured each others company and companionship! You are all my heros and I love you so much! Being a Mother is the greatest blessing in the world, except of course for being a Grandmother. Pretty soon Wendee will know what I am talking about! Loves!!!!!!!!!xoxoxomama
