Captains Log Stardate 3006

Ok Everyone.....Doug here. Jodi and I have finally decided to accept this blog as a meaningful way to communicate with everyone. Good thing I have Dallas to guide me. I have a question for everyone: Does anyone ever get abdominal distention from eating certain types of sandwich ham? I do....and it is very painful. I typically have to stay away from the Land of Lakes brands, and other low cost, high MSG hams, but in the end, I find it hard to stay way from beloved ham.

Just curious....tell me your findings.

Sandwich meat. Isn't it curious how Doug can take something as plain, or as normal, or as everyday as, let's say "sandwich meat" and turn it into a discussion? Here's my answer to your question: to avoid abdominal distention, try buying deli meats from your local deli guy. The price you pay for the meat may save you the expense you'll spend on TUMS or Rolaids or Colon-Blow.

I must really try to remember this bit of wisdom. Though I don't have your problem, I must contribute to it some. I will definitely avoid Land O Lakes brand hence forth and forever. The deli is swell for me. I do have a solution to your problem, though. Step into my office at any time. . . . .Mama

Fried SPAM is a still got to be considered a delicacy and one should reverently partake at least once a year on a Saturday morning in memory of good 'ol Clan Dad - with fried eggs, of course.

Dont you think that the word spam on bad emails is interestingly connected to the work SPAM....gross what about the clear jelly fat coating the spam.
